Do I need to send items back to your store?
We do not accept returns, if you get the wrong product or a defective product then you don't need to return it, we will reissue the product.

Personalized products are not refundable or exchangeable.
Non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect purchases, and products damaged due to customer mishandling.
