If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.

Did your item arrive damaged, different or unusable? If you are protected and can file a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and provide a photo or video explaining the problem and whether you want a refund or replacement.

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

Complete delivery address

Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

2. If we need more information, we will review the claim and contact you.

3. If approved, we will refund or resend the item.

Do I need to send items back to your store?

We do not accept returns, if you get the wrong product or a defective product then you don't need to return it, we will reissue the product. 

If you request a refund, please negotiate a refund with our customer service. Depending on the specific negotiation, you will receive a full/partial refund.

Personalized products are not refundable or exchangeable.

Non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect purchases, and products damaged due to customer mishandling.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
